MEDIA RELEASE – 12 May 2008

Integration of Noble Denton's Aberdeen businesses

Noble Denton , the global offshore and marine consultancy firm has completed a major milestone in the integration process of its Aberdeen businesses with the move of former Poseidon Maritime (UK) staff into Noble Denton's prestigious Market Street offices within the Exchange Buildings.

The integration, which follows the acquisition in 2007 of Poseidon Maritime (UK) Ltd, enables the company to offer enhanced marine and engineering services to its clients worldwide.

Graeme Reid, Noble Denton's Northern Operations Manager, based in Aberdeen says, ‘The relocation is not just about the integration of the two local companies but is also inline with Noble Denton's ambitious growth plans. The Northern Operation now has around sixty staff and more than this number again of associate consultants. We have witnessed considerable growth in the last few years and that growth is set to continue as we aim to build on our existing depth and breadth of expertise to meet current demand as well as sustain expected growth in our sector.'

Reaction to the move has been positive from both staff and clients. Reid continues, ‘The wider portfolio of clients and potential projects is good news for staff development. Likewise our clients will benefit from access to a broader base of specialist expertise. We remain committed to a performance driven service based on the highest technical standards.'

INTEGRATION OF PML INTO NOBLE DENTON GROUP - 14 April 2008

The purpose of this communication is to advise you of changes following the acquisition in 2007 of Poseidon Maritime (UK) Ltd by the Noble Denton Group. As a valued client to our company, I want to keep you informed of developments within the business and of some business changes which may impact you in due course.

We have now commenced the full integration of the local businesses, enabling us to offer enhanced marine and engineering consulting services to all our clients. Integration will be completed in early May when the PML team will join Noble Denton colleagues in the Exchange Buildings in Market Street, Aberdeen. This move will not only facilitate the integration of business and administration systems but also provide the additional office space required to meet Noble Denton’s ambitious growth plans.

The structure of the new management team aligns high level senior management expertise across all our key business streams. I have taken up the role of Northern Operations Director for Noble Denton’s European Region, supported by Engineering Director, Kevin Grant, Dynamic Positioning Director, Richard Cox, and Marine Director, Mike Pithie.

All existing staff are being retained and, furthermore, we will complement our existing depth and breadth of expertise with an ambitious recruitment strategy to ensure we can meet current market demand as well as sustain expected growth.

Our aim is to complete the integration with minimum disruption to our clients. The changes you will eventually see as a result of the integration are as follows:

•  Noble Denton branding will gradually replace PML branding on all reports, information media and business stationery.

•  The company mailing address and contact details will be the Noble Denton Market Street address, and e- mail addresses will show the suffix ‘nodent.co.uk’. Hence, contact details for your regular business contact will change and, in certain areas of the business, you may have a new contact. You will be advised individually at the appropriate time of any changes in contact or contact details which will affect you.

•  Some business forms such as order confirmation, electronic timesheets, invoices and purchase orders will change slightly as the business administration sys tems are integrated.

•  Amendments will be required to a small number of existing client contracts and service agreements. Where appropriate, you will be notified individually of these changes in due course.

•  The PML website will eventually be decommissioned and the two web addresses (www.poseidonuk.com and www.shipandportsecurity.com) will be redirected automatically to the Noble Denton website (www.nobledenton.com)

The integration will enable the Noble Denton Group to provide a wider portfolio of services to our clients, from a broader international platform, and we are committed to a performance-driven service based on the highest technical standards.

If you have any questions or concerns about the integration, you can speak to your regular business contact, or contact me by telephone on +44 (0)1224 289100.
