Ship and Port Security provides a range of courses to help clients meet the requirements of the ISPS Code and be prepared for situations which might arise:
- Ship Security Officer (SSO)
- 3-day course
- Company Security Officer (CSO)
- 4-day course
- Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO)
- 3-day course
- Firearms, Explosives and Incendiary Devices Awareness
- 1-day course or 2 half-day sessions
- Other courses prepared to meet client requirements
Ship and Port Security courses are approved by the UK Maritime & Coastguard Agency (MCA) (meeting requirements laid down in STCW '78, as amended, Regulation VI/5 and STCW Code Section A-VI/5), TRANSEC, Marshall Islands and Republic of Liberia.
Courses are held regularly in Aberdeen and can also be held on other dates and/or in other locations to suit client requirements.
